    Joined a team of engineers as the UI/UX subject-matter expert to collaborate on the redesign of Cigna’s annual Wellness Challenge platforms. This role involved conducting user interviews and creating user-centered designs for both desktop and mobile interfaces. The redesigned platforms successfully attracted over 3,000 new users and led to a remarkable dedication of over 1,013,601 hours toward improving their physical and mental health.

    [Technology Early Career Development Program - Rotation #3]

    Pursued a rotation with a design team to deeply immerse myself in the UX field, assuming project responsibilities just two months into the role. Conducted competitive analyses, performed user interviews, and developed wireframes and prototypes for both internal and external products, always prioritizing user needs and usability.

    [Technology Early Career Development Program - Rotation #2]

    Contributed to data sourcing and organization for dashboards that monitored Cigna’s contracts with third parties. Midway through the rotation, my growing interest in UI/UX led me to transition into a UI designer role. In this capacity, I created wireframes and mockups to enhance the content and usability of the dashboards, improving their effectiveness and user experience.

    Worked on various projects across the data cycle, including data subsetting, data profiling, and data masking. Science Research

Participated in a three-year college-level research program in studying the correlations between stress and breast cancer.  I was influenced by my mother's experience with breast cancer.  The research was presented to medical specialists including oncologists at multiple high school research competitions.
