External brokers licensed through Cigna rely on a portal known as “My Book” to gather data to create or maintain relationships with their clients. Data regarding client history and relationship details. Due to lack in organization of the data, users often ran into difficulty navigating the portal to find the right data. PROBLEM STATEMENT
External brokers licensed through Cigna rely on a portal known as “My Book” to gather data to create or maintain relationships with their clients. As the information they often need is all under one tab of the navigation bar, users often ran into difficulty navigating the portal to find the right data.
INTENDED SOLUTION
Expand the current portal (My Book 1.0) with emphasis on data organization to better guide users in obtaining appropriate data.
UI/UX GOAL
Expanding the portal while emphasizing consistency was noted as crucial for user-friendliness and introducing the section of the portal seamlessly.
